本剧根(gēn )据海口(kǒu )市龙华(huá )区人民(mín )法院真实案例改编。申请执行人田志康与被执(🦖)行人陈光友(yǒu )借款纠(jiū )纷一案(àn )，龙华(huá )法院作(zuò )出生效(xiào )判决：陈光友(yǒu )偿还田志康(⏸)80万元。龙华法院立案执行后，经查，除(chú )了登记(jì )在被执(zhí )行人名(míng )下的宝(bǎo )马车外(wài )，未发(♟)现其他可供执行的财产，龙华法院遂裁定查封该车(chē )。孰料(liào )，查封(fēng )该车后(hòu )扣押该(gāi )车前，被执行人陈光友因其他债(🎽)务将车辆抵偿给了有黑社会背景(jǐng )的案外(wài )人卢一(yī )飞。
